Melanoma is a huge worldwide health problem that must be handled more effectively with better therapeutic options. As result, new treatment drugs are required to treat this condition. The goal of study was investigate the cytotoxic activity anthraquinone-rich fractions obtained from Asphodelus microcarpus against human melanoma cell A375. On these lines; cytotoxicity had never been studied before. Liquid chromatography linked mass spectrometry (LC-MS-MS) and Nuclear Magnetic Resonance used determine chemical profiles fractions. determined by measuring viability calculating IC 50 values. Both ethyl acetate (EtOAC) precipitate (PPT) exhibited selective on A 375 line values 83 65 µg/mL, respectively. antiproliferative properties EtOAc fraction PPT were supported noticeable decrease in numbers during G2/M cycle arrest.
